    Pick your base ZIP code, how far you travel (50 miles by default) and the vendors you install for.

    Submit for review. Our team checks every document by hand before you go live.

    Nearby jobs are offered to your company. Your technicians do the work in the FixMyGPS app.

What you need to register

Have these ready. You can save your progress and finish later; the portal shows a checklist of what is still missing.

Registered business
An LLC or company (single-member LLCs welcome) with a US EIN.
Owners
Name, title and share of everyone who owns 25% or more of the company.
W-9
Required before your first payout. We issue a 1099-NEC where the IRS requires it.
Insurance (COI)
General liability of at least $2M per occurrence, plus any other cover we ask for.
Business licence
A current licence for the state(s) you work in.
Installer certifications
Per vendor (for example Geotab or Samsara) with expiry dates. You only get jobs for vendors you are certified for.
Smartphone
An iPhone or Android phone for each technician, to run jobs in the FixMyGPS app.

Is there a fee to join?

No. Joining FixMyGPS is free: creating an account, registering your company and being reviewed cost nothing.

I am a technician at a company. How do I join?

Ask your company owner to invite you from the Technicians page. You will get an email; then sign in with that address.

How long does review take?

There is no fixed timeline. Our team reviews every partner by hand as soon as possible after you submit, and emails you if anything needs changing.

Do I do jobs on this website?

No. This portal is for your company, documents, team and payouts. Jobs, photos and scans are done in the FixMyGPS mobile app.
